Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made prior to 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival date a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.

Cancellations made in less then 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of total deposit, unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee will be issued.

Cancellations made within one week of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for reserved room(s), unless the room(s) can be re-rented at which time a refund of total price less a 10% processing fee will be issued,

Cancellation of parties of three rooms or more require a 30 day notice to receive a refund of your deposit less a 10% processing fee. Less than 30 days of schedule arrival date will result in payment in full for entire party. If we are able to re-rent the rooms a refund will be issued at a per room bacis less a 10% processing fee.

All refunds are issued in the form in which they were received.

No refunds for early departures.
